Prosecution seeks to transfer Rizal's case to same court with Rosmah’s

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 15 (Bernama) — The prosecution is seeking to transfer the corruption charges against Datuk Rizal Mansor  in connection with the solar energy project in Sarawak to the High Court to be tried jointly with the case involving former Prime Minister’s wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

Defence team objects to transfer of Rosmah's case to High Court

KUALA LUMPUR,  Feb 15  (Bernama) — The Sessions Court was today told that lawyers representing former Prime Minister’s wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, in the graft charges involving solar energy projects in rural schools in Sarawak objected to the prosecution’s application to transfer the case to the High Court.
